Enchanted Carriage House
Welcome to our unique horse farm located on the edge of Buckeye Lake in Thornville, Perry County. Enjoy the comforts of the relaxed country life surrounded by our horses, barn animals, and serene nature setting.
Our carriage house is attached to our horse barn and has two private upstairs bedrooms with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. Enjoy many of our amenities including a small kitchen area, living space, washer and dryer, extra bathroom, coffee bar, plenty of dining space.
We are located 30 minutes east of Columbus. Also 4 miles off of I-70E. One mile from Buckeye Lake State Parks. Local wineries include Buckeye Lake Winery and Vinberige. 4 miles from Legend Valley concert venue. Hocking Hills is an hour from us.
Try our local Pizza shop with homemade dough made daily and fresh cut veggies! Menus available in carriage house And they deliver! Just tell them you’re our guests!

Car is needed for transportation. Expansive parking for larger vehicles.
