Blue Heron Cottage on Buckeye Lake

Relax and enjoy watching the wildlife at the Blue Heron Cottage. This fully renovated, waterfront cottage is on a private canal which opens up to main lake. Blue herons, green herons, ducks, geese, red-headed woodpeckers, and many other species call this area home. The Buckeye Lake eagle’s nest is about 1/4 up the street and they can often be spotted in the trees across the cottage. Enjoy fishing out your back door on the private dock which is included in this rental. The quiet neighborhood of only about 14 houses is peaceful and tranquil.
