CROOKSVILLE

B&V’S Snack Bar & Sports Grill

Known as The Pottery Capital of the World, Crooksville is home to the Crooksville-Roseville Pottery Festival held every summer. It’s the clay, mined in Crooksville, that is famous for making some of the world’s most beautiful pottery. The Pizza Place

So much to love at The Pizza Place where you’ll find pizza piled with premium provolone cheese and lots of topping choices – it’s delicious with a little kick of spice to the sauce and old world style pepperoni (the kind that curls up)! Strong & Co.

The Strongs, a local brother and sister, came back to town a few years ago and brought the joy of juicy, flavorful smoked meats with them. Strong & Co.’s menu is more than just barbecue, though. It includes pizza to pair with a selection of craft beers in a comfy atmosphere right on the Somerset roundabout. Specialty pizzas include a Seafood Supreme, Smoked Chicken Pesto, Tex Mex featuring their smoked brisket, Garlic Shrimp and the BLT.

A great way to enjoy Shawnee Crossing pizza is when you’re on the trails at Tecumseh Trails – they’ll deliver to you! Or drop in to pick up your pie in downtown Shawnee where Main Street is undergoing a major revitalization. Firehouse Pizza

Family owned and a local favorite for Thornville and Buckeye Lake residents. Firehouse has some unique offerings on the menu – the Pickle Pie features their housemade ranch sauce with cheese and topped with pickles. Chief’s Italian Foldover eats like a sandwich with thin layers of pizza dough topped with either BLT, ham and cheese or Buffalo chicken, cooked, then folded over and topped with cheese.
