The Chori Pollo is a grilled chicken breast topped with chorizo and cheese sauce, served with a chicken enchilada and rice. The Quesadilla Mexicana is two quesadillas (one chicken, one steak). A flour tortilla topped with melted American cheese is then topped with the grilled, chopped meat and served with fresh lettuce, tomato, guacamole and sour cream.
